Job summary
The Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program Case Manager performs coordination, administrative and technical work of high complexity and variety under the general direction of the County Court at Law Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program Judge.Responsibilities
- Develops, organizes, and implements day-to-day activities and processes of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program.
- Interviews potential court participants and conducts intake evaluations; collects and completes required documentation and assists in determining eligibility for Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program participation.
- Collaborates with service providers including the local mental health authority to determine appropriate intensity of services.
