You will be responsible for:
To ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
To lead the construction of a new $500m pharmaceutical project, taking responsibility for the end-to-end service delivery.

To act as the key, day to day project interface, ensuring that project objectives are met and that the project is delivered on time, within cost targets and to the highest quality standards.

To ensure the project runs smoothly, ensuring the project is in line with the project schedule. Work closely the client team and their representatives on site including subcontractors, suppliers etc.

The Construction Manager has overall responsibility for monitoring and organising the construction (and demolition) activities and shall have a key role in prequalifying any contractors employed as part of the construction delivery.

Essential Qualifications & CertificationsDegree in a construction related subjectChartered/qualified with APM, CIOB etc.
Full UK driving licenceConstruction Management experience in pharmaceutical construction on projects over $50m.
Experience of working in GMP environments.
Experience in Integrated Project Delivery (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
