- Perform production activities following instructions and adhering to cGMPs to ensure product meets specifications.
- Communicate process status to address any issues.
- Document production activities to provide an accurate paper trail for every batch.
- Monitor production progress through equipment readings, in-process testing, and evaluation of particles.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventories and may assist with warehouse activities, and working overtime as needed. We bring:

- At least one year of production or food service experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. as needed throughout the shift.

Arcadia, WI As a *Production Assistant*, you will contribute to the implementation of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new or existing products based on outlined goals to ensure smooth production operation and safely produced quality finished products.
This role will also be responsible for the manufacturing of new and existing products according to a pre-determined operations plan by the hands-on operation of process equipment, in accordance with Key Performance Measures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety/regulatory requirements, and operational goals.
