    Job Title

    The Account Executive role is responsible for driving sales and distribution across retail stores, with a primary focus on increasing sales and meeting manufacturer goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve annual sales targets and forecasts set by manufacturers and the company, including volume, distribution, pricing, and fund management.
    • Develop tailored sales plans with buyers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with Territory Managers at the store level and conduct regular presentations to highlight promotions and new product introductions.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proven ability to utilize effective selling techniques and strategies to drive results.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising and marketing strategies.

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
