    Description

    The Holiday Inn & Conference Center is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team!

    Physical Requirements:
    - Ability to stand for a 5-hour shift
    - Occasional stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

    Working hours:
    - Flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy
    - Shift work with varying days and hours, including weekends
    - Possibility of overtime during events and peak times
    - Schedule set by the Food & Beverage Manager

    Job Duties:

    • Clearing and washing dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware
    • Pre-washing dishes, pots, and pans before loading dishwasher
    • Operating dishwasher as per guidelines
    • Drying and storing dishes properly
    • Keeping work area clean and safe
    • Mopping kitchen area at the end of the shift
    • Assisting with other tasks assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager

    Qualifications and Skills required:

    • Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service
    • Ability to work well in a team
