    Job Summary

    As the Senior Financial Analyst in this role, you will be a core member of the Trauma and Extremities FP&A team and provide support for Trauma and Extremities by serving as a well-rounded finance resource able to provide accurate and timely analysis and insights to the leadership team.

    What you will do

    • Assist in the consolidation, analysis and validation of month end Trauma and Extremities financial information
    • Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, direct manager's attention to opportunities for corrective action.
    • Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process through financial modeling & analysis, template & process development, ensuring divisional coordination, and development of presentation materials
    • Assist in the preparation and process ownership of the quarterly Projection - Sales, pricing, investment opportunities, operating income and presentation materials
    • Responsible for worldwide and Transatlantic Operating Model sales reporting, distributing accurate and timely reports in line with daily, monthly, and quarter-end close schedules.
    • Coordinate and build out the Transatlantic Operating Model Trauma and Extremities weekly forecast, presenting to leadership, and communicating forecast results to Group.
    • Coordinate and communicate with the US business units, Europe, and Canada finance leads to facilitate consolidated reporting requirements as needed
    • Drive continuous improvement with respect to existing processes and deliverables

    What you will need

    • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred concentration in Accounting and/or Finance.
    • 2+ years of financial analysis/data analysis background required.
    • High proficiency in Excel including advanced functions, formulas, and pivots required.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, demonstrated communication, customer service and analytical skills.
    • PowerBI & Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred.
    • SAP/BPC experience preferred.

    $67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
