Royalty Staffing is currently seeking dynamic and passionate Nurse Practitioners. This an exciting Direct Hire opportunity in beautiful San Diego

Direct Hire

Salary: $104,000 - $156,000 DOE

Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday , 8AM-5PM

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Prescribe appropriate medication, health regimens, and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues, and promote a healthier life.
• Manage stable patients with chronic conditions.
• Triage. Respond to and provides crisis intervention services when needed.
• Refer patient to the appropriate Behavioral Health providers.
• Complete all required medical documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures and protocols.
• Provide inpatient coverage and call coverage as assigned by Medical Director.
• Screen and monitor the management of chronic conditions, symptomatic and well patients.
• Supervise Nurses and assistants in examining room and may serve as preceptor for team members.

Requirements

• 2 years experience required as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• 2 years experience in clinic
• 2 years experience working with the elderly
