    Overview:


    Our beautiful 420 bed hospital in Lancaster CA is currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an inpatient setting.

    As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and implementing physical rehabilitative programs aimed at improving patient quality of life.

    This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a dynamic outpatient environment.

    Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
    Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
    Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management.
    Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
    Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed

    Qualifications:
    Passion around serving others
    California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
