    Are You the Next Legend?As our Residential HVAC Install Apprentice, This position will focus on installation and replacement for all Residential HVAC services; however, our apprenticeship program provides the knowledge and training so you can perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.

    This includes diagnosing and preventing system failures, making repairs and replacements, and everything in between.

    Our program will not only teach you professional communication skills for this, but we will guarantee that you will be comfortable and ready to use your new skill set before you're out in the field.

    You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures.


    Essential Job Functions:

    Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systemsWork closely with the Install Coordinator and fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and proceduresMaintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job siteBe sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job siteWorking as a team with the Install Lead to get the job done professionally, efficiently, and in a safe mannerRequest necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each jobResponsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs, and driving of vehicle; valid driver's license requiredOther duties may be assignedEssential Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

    Computer Skills:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to accurately record progress, notes, and instructions in software; utilizing an iPad

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Compensation & HoursSalary:
    Starting wage of $ $33.00 per hour (DOE) + Bonus/IncentivesHours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
