    Overview

    Collaborate with buyers to exceed sales and profit goals. Maintain a consistent brand presentation for all Free People categories in partners stores and online.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee mid-west road, e-commerce, and large strategic accounts.
    Manage mid-west trade shows, samples and showroom upkeep as it pertains to FP.
    Collaborate with buyers to exceed sales and profit goals
    Maintain a consistent brand presentation for all FP categories in partners stores and online
    Manage to highest level of PO fulfillment through consistent monitoring of order status and communication to buyers
    Effective oversight of EDI account orders
    Collaborate effectively with cross functional peers in merchandising, wholesale sales, and in store teams to communicate and execute
    Clear and articulate communication with upper management
    Responsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps that need to be taken to ensure that goals are met consistently prior to the month and within the month
    Drive the business by identifying reorder and replenishment opportunities
    Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability
    Responsible for creating strategies to drive and grow sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    Maintain and grow current account business as well as consistently opening new accounts
    Create assortments targeted towards regional needs in partners stores
    Have a global awareness of the Free People business
    Put the brand first and ensure that the integrity of the brand is always protected and always represents the brand
    Be always willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessary

    Qualifications

    Passion for the Free People brand
    7 plus years of wholesale experience
    Strong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplace
    Excellent presentation skills
    Detail oriented and a creative thinker
    Superior financial and analytical skills
    Strong excel skills
    Inventory management system experience
    Strong communication, organization and planning skills
    Must work well in teams

    The wage range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
