    Role Summary:
    We are seeking a

    Senior Account Manager/Associate Team Manager

    who embodies leadership while managing their own portfolio at a senior level.

    This dual role requires a professional adept at balancing direct client management with leading a small team of Account Managers (AMs).

    The ideal candidate will not only maintain and grow their client base but also drive team performance, optimize account management processes, and offer training and development to elevate their team's capabilities.

    As part of this leadership role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Solutions and Growth, playing a crucial role in aligning team efforts with the broader strategic objectives of the organization and contributing to the overall growth and success of Pioneer Healthcare Services.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage a personal portfolio of accounts at a senior level, demonstrating excellence in client service and account growth.

    Lead a small team of Account Managers, setting performance standards and examples in client management, business development, and customer service.

    Optimize account management processes to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team performance.
    Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

    Develop and implement training programs, including role-play scenarios, to enhance the team's skills in negotiation, client interaction, and account development.

    Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify development opportunities for team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Collaborate with senior leadership to align team strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
    Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and practices for sustained growth.


    Requirements:
    Proven track record in healthcare staffing account management, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
    Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a team, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
    Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize team processes and performance.
    High proficiency in CRM systems, preferably with experience in Vendor Management Systems.
    Capability to multitask and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
