Job description
As a Customer Service and File Operations Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support while efficiently managing our file operations. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. In addition to customer service responsibilities, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate and organized file systems, ensuring that all documentation is processed correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Manage and organize customer files to ensure easy retrieval and accurate documentation.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer service experiences.
- Input, update, and maintain customer records in the database accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
