- Recommend resource allocations necessary to securely operate and maintain the network enterprise (NE) IA requirements.
- Participate in information system risk assessment during the A&A process.
- Develop security requirements for hardware, software, and service acquisitions specific to NE IA SEGA/TAP networks.
- Ensure NE IS recovery processes are monitored and IA features and procedures are properly restored.
- Identify alternative functional IA security strategies to address SEGA/TAP NE security concerns and develop implementable plans.
- Coordinate all IA inspections, tests, and reviews for the NE.
- Evaluate security measures proposed in response to requirements listed in acquisition and operations documents.
- Implement programs to ensure systems, network, and data users are aware of and follow NE and IA policies.
- Evaluate IT enclave systems, assess risk posture and system security findings, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or 10+ years experience in the IT/Cyber industry.
- 2-5 years of experience as an ISSO.
- Experience with RMF and ITIPS.
- Incident management and response experience.
- Analyzed vulnerabilities, assessed risk, and made risk recommendations.
- Proficiency in security engineering, security architecture, and risk management processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise computer forensic tools, computer networking, and network security methodologies.
