We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Groton, MA. As a nurse-founded company, we prioritize work-life balance and offer a unique schedule that you control. Job Responsibilities

Providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities
Administering individualized treatments and medications to residents
Developing care plans with residents and medical teams
Setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use
Discussing care options with residents and family members
Meeting with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
Collecting blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
Maintaining nursing standards and facility policies
Accurately documenting interventions and medical condition histories
Investigating incidents and ensuring accurate reporting
Training nursing staff and supervising them

Qualifications and Skills

Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Completion of an approved nursing program
Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
Excellent organizational skills
