- Coaches a specific assigned position.
- Actively recruits new students from a specific assigned area.
- Maintains all requested charts, statistics, film breakdown, practice planning, etc.
- Works with Athletic Training staff concerning medical room operations, health services, exams, referrals, etc.
- Assists head coach in overseeing the study table and weight room.
- Maintains awareness of and follows all NCAA and college rules.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs responsibilities and meets identified objectives in a timely and effective manner and strives to fulfill the college's strategic agenda.
- Exhibits necessary level of knowledge and expertise and has an appreciation for confidentiality.

- Ability to quickly build rapport and to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
