    This leadership role focuses on implementing daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and do-it-yourselfers. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, managing sales transactions, inventory control, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement daily store operations in accordance with company direction
    • Provide professional customer service to customers
    • Supervise employees and handle sales transactions
    • Manage inventory control and communicate effectively

    Requirements:

    • Previous retail management experience, preferably in the building materials industry
    • Experience selling installed sales and to contractors is preferred
    • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the building materials industry
    • Ability to direct and train others effectively as a team leader
    • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and profitability
    • Well-developed problem-solving abilities and strong conflict resolution skills
