    Lead Ramp Agents

    Nextgen GHS is hiring for Lead Ramp Agents for the Billings, Montana location

    Looking for both shift commitment

    Pay: $23/hour to start

    Schedule TBD upon hire

    We are currently looking for motivated leaders to join our leadership team

    Responsibilities:

    • Load, unload, service, guide, and direct Aircraft;
    • Receive and record air freight, mail and company materials;
    • Handle all aspects of loading, stowing and unloading baggage, cargo airmail and air freight;
    • Pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft;
    • Warehouse, weigh, stack, pick up and deliver air cargo;
    • Safeguard baggage, air cargo and air mail; Review cargo forms for accuracy
    • Lead ramp agents in daily operations
    • Motivate employees to meet operational deadlines
    • Train new employees in positional tasks
    • Ensure safe work practices are followed
