Responsibilities
- Drive improvements to product development, planning, and operational processes to increase velocity, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
- Ccollaborate with leaders and stakeholders across ML
Sysytems,
and Cloud AI PMO,
including partners in Engineering,
Finance,
and Product/Strategy. - Identify,
esescalate,<
obmitigate risks,<
lleverage governance forums
and monthly reporting to ensure leadership visibility. - Develop operational tools and dashboards to provide transparent metrics on resource management and portfolio health.
