    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources (HR) and serving under the Associate Superintendent, Fiscal and Administrative Services, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for contributing to the Assistant Superintendent, HR's oversight of all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, as well as ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in education, business, public administration, or related field, and seven years responsible administrative experience related to human resources and educational leadership; master's degree in education, administration, or related field is preferred.
