    We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to lead our clients' scientific research and development efforts.

    The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of scientific expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to propel our client to new heights in the field of biotechnology.


    Scientific Leadership:

    Provide strategic direction and oversight for all scientific activities within the company, including research, preclinical development, and clinical trials.

    # Pipeline Development:

    Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of novel therapeutic targets and candidate molecules for age-related diseases, with a focus on leveraging plasma-based approaches.

    # Research Strategy:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with the company's mission and objectives, fostering innovation and scientific excellence.

    # Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and business development, to drive integrated development plans and achieve key milestones.

    # External Partnerships:

    Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry collaborators to enhance scientific capabilities and expand their network.

    # Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the development and commercialization of plasma-based therapeutics, driving a culture of quality and integrity.

    # Drive the creation, protection, and management of intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, to safeguard innovations and competitive advantage.

    PhD or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences, immunology, molecular biology, or related field; MD/PhD preferred.
    Proven track record of scientific leadership and accomplishments in biotechnology, with significant experience in drug discovery and development.
    Strong understanding of preclinical and clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
    Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing scientific teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts and strategy to diverse audiences, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors.

    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving projects forward in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
