    We are hiring for the following shifts:
    Dishwasher/Busser Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - close (usually around 11:30 PM)

    Bartender Saturday - Sunday: 4:00 PM - close (usually around 11:30 PM)

    Job Duties:

    • Deliver the F&B service culture by putting guests at ease, making genuine connections, and creating moments of delight
    • Acknowledge and engage all guests and associates in a positive, helpful manner
    • Adhere to opening / closing checklists
    • Offer suggestions to meet their dietary needs
    • Create and deliver hot coffee or tea options
    • Assist guests with beverages any special seating requests
    • Answer the telephone within three rings with an upbeat tone
    • Present receipts, accept payments, and follow cash handling procedures
    • Clean menus and maintain grab-and-go options
    • Thank guests for their orders and as they leave, invite them to return
    • Relay guest comments and suggestions to the manager on duty
    • Handle assigned house bank and all administrative paperwork
    • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
    • Be prepared to answer guest questions regarding cooking times, ingredients and how an item is prepared
    • Replenish supplies based on business forecasts in a timely, efficient manner and inform supervisor of low inventory items
    • Answers questions about Grab 'n Go menu and products
    • Accurately rings up and processes payment for Grab 'n Go order
    • Places Grab 'n Go order in a bag
    • Upsells by offering a beverage or dessert, as applicable
    • Instructs guest on where to get additional condiments or utensils
    • Assists in maintaining a clean and organized Grab 'n Go station
    • Communicates to Runner if additional items are needed for Grab 'n Go Prioritizes needs to ensure positive guest experiences
    • Ensures proper signage is accurate, visible and well maintained, depending on business hours
    • Opens and closes Grab 'n Go station, as applicable for shift
    • Respond appropriately to guest complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction
    • Regularly seek and use guest feedback to ensure that special needs and requests are fulfilled
    • Stock the condiment station and ensure all tables have full salt and pepper shakers
    • Maintain the cleanliness of all tables, chairs and banquettes
    • Deliver food items to correct table and use the guest name during the presentation
    • Answer questions about items including ingredients and cooking time
    • Restocks Grab 'n Go station as needed, ensuring new product is behind / under older product
    • Maintains a clean and organized Grab 'n Go station throughout the shift
    • Checks for product use by dates, informs manager, and discards according to procedure
    • Complete closing/reconciliation activities
    • Tend bar and maintain a presentable bar counter presentation during service.
    • Have a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic offerings while adhering to the local alcohol standards of service
    • Guide guests through the menu by answering questions about items and offering suggestions to help meet their needs
    • Ensure that the bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for service
