- Track all contract costs and budgets, review invoices and perform purchase requestor duties.
- Request/Collect/Track and assemble all technical contract reports.
- Timecard verification and validation for assigned contracts.
- Run, validate and track Deltek Costpoint reports.
- Prepare, update, and maintain all contract spend plans.
- Review contract modifications for accuracy
- Review and track all travel authorizations and expense reports.
- Assist in Subcontractor management to include collecting monthly reports and approving invoices/allocation of funding.
- Oversee the accountability process for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
- Prepare and upload data for the contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure reports into the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system
- Track all required training as directed by contract
- Bachelor's degree in a related major and a minimum of 7 years of financial project control in defense contracting OR high school diploma and 10-12 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of cross functional duties (accounting, contracts, program management) necessary to for effective program support
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
