    Description
    • Direct financial operations, reporting, accounting, internal controls, and financial systems.
    • Oversee preparation of financial statements, fund reporting, investor packages, and board disclosures.
    • Lead audits, tax filings, and compliance with U.S. and international regulations (K-1s, 1099s, cross-border tax planning).
    • Develop budgets, forecasts, financial planning models, and liquidity strategies to support decision-making.
    • Manage treasury, liquidity, intercompany financing, and capital deployment across entities.
    • Oversee fund operations including NAV, capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and fee calculations.
    • Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory filings (Form PF, Form ADV, CFTC).
    • Supervise investor capital activities (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) in line with fund documents.
    • Lead and mentor finance teams; support growth, risk management, and technology initiatives.
    • Provide financial analysis and research on portfolio companies to guide investment strategy.Requirement:
    • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Two years of experience in development and maintenance of financial models and use of SQL to extract data and streamline analytics.
    • Two years of experience in preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and evaluation of counterparty risk for financial institutions, corporates, and special purpose vehicles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA macros), and financial information platforms such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, and FactSet.
