The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of labor and employment experience, with a particular focus on employee side litigation.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle complex and challenging legal issues, as well as the chance to work with a team of highly skilled legal professionals.

As a Permanent Wage & Hour Attorney, you will:
Represent clients in wage and hour class action cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
Ensure compliance with CA Wage & Hour laws, advising clients on the best practices to avoid potential legal issues.
Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into potential labor and employment law violations.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals, sharing your expertise and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Proven experience in wage and hour class action and CA Wage & Hour law.
Prior experience in employee side litigation, with a demonstrated ability to represent clients effectively and achieve successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal decisions.
