The Assembly Planning teams manage Co-Packing activities for a Signature facilitating coordination of production planning, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization. The role involves coordinating monthly production requirements, creating assembly timelines, managing risk and exceptions with business partners.- Coordinating monthly production requirements for internal and external co-packing sites.
- Responsible for creating and driving Assembly timelines for a variety of items such as prepacks and promotional mailings.
- Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts.
- Coordinates the flow of product and information manages exceptions streamslines communication to business partners Manage Co-Packer performance drive accountability to aligned lead times commitments
