    Job Title: Senior OT Engineer

    We are seeking a Senior OT Engineer with extensive experience in operational technology (OT) and a strong background in manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of OSIpi, Kepware, or other industrial communications software, as well as PLC/SCADA and DCS network architecture. Experience in IIoT and edge computing is essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize expertise in OT to design, implement, and maintain systems within manufacturing facilities.
    • Troubleshoot, configure, and design DCS based control systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OT solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing OT infrastructure and processes.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in OT and manufacturing.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to OT systems and processes.
    • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing OT capabilities and efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to OT systems.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the OT team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    • 5 or more years of professional experience working with DCS based control systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and design.
    • Proficiency in OSIpi, Kepware, or similar industrial communications software.
    • Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA and DCS network architecture.
    • Experience with IIoT and edge computing technologies.
    • Prior experience with Honeywell TDC is essential, and experience with Experion is preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of OT engineering.
