- Assist with code development for new Ignition features.
- Performs troubleshooting to pinpoint root causes for issues identified.
- Participates in the agile development process (SCRUM).
- Works with end users to identify areas of improvement for the Ignition applications.
- Participates in blueprinting, requirements gathering, and other planning functions for new projects.
- Adheres to work instructions as needed.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and establishes open communication with supervisor and manager.
- Ensures that all company safety rules are followed.
- Makes recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a 4-year degree, advanced degree, or trade school certification.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Willingness to work on-site with no hybrid options available.
- Proactive approach with a high energy level and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in both team-oriented environments and independent work settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, involvement in community service, or receipt of other relevant awards.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
