Job summary
Clinical services will include individual therapy,intakes assessments such as DLA 20,Columbia Suicide Assessment and PHQ9 discharge planning treatment planning appropriate referral to internal/external services and support systems,and staffing of consumers.Treatment population will be adults children and youth and their family system.
Responsibilities
- Agrees to follow all applicable laws regulations including VBHCS Standards of Conductand VBHCS Policies Procedures,in order to create maintain a healthcare business environment committedto integrity ethical conduct.
- Provide clinical services young adults with Serious Emotional Disturbances SED co-occurring physical health substance use conditions.Provide intervention assessment/intake treatment planning triage individual therapy grouptherapy play therapy necessary.Clinicians ensure that all documentation necessary meet contract licensure behavioralhealth organization requirements pertaining these services completed timely per VBHSCstandards.Employees expected meet productivity standards outlined by VBHCStechnology number hours worked month.
