    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard all new employees for region.
  • Deliver qualification program to engineers/leads/chiefs.Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the operations teams and determine appropriate corrective actions to upgrade knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Deliver training program (TDP).
  • Ambassador to Critical Awareness Process.
  • Translate requirements into trainings; share with platform when applicable.
  • Coordinates and manages delivery of site drill program.
  • Build annual training program w/schedules.
  • Audit established programs, ensuring latest versions are documented.
  • Maintain records on all training activities.
  • Integrate client systems training into overall training program.
  • Regional HSE lead; 5% of workload.
  • Performs additional job duties as requested.
  • III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have minimum 5 years' experience with a strong data center/critical facility background, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and switchgear
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct training experience, including demonstrated curriculum development and delivery.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Position may require up to 30% regional travel as required
