    Description

    We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

    About the Company: We are a healthcare facility dedicated to providing quality patient care and excellent nursing services. Our goal is to ensure the well-being of our patients while fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

    Job Description:

    • Perform direct and indirect patient care functions under the direction of the RN
    • Administer medications and treatments, and observe and record patient conditions and response to medications
    • Contribute to overall quality metrics of the assigned unit

    Qualifications:

    Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse school of nursing

    License/Certification: Current BLS certification required. LPN expected to enroll in an RN program within 2 years of hire

    Experience: Interpersonal skills, flexibility, time management, critical thinking required. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred

    Performance Expectations: Demonstrate established competencies for the position

    Work Environment:

    Potential exposure to hospital hazards, infectious diseases, blood-borne pathogens

    Physical requirements include reaching, stooping, standing, walking, lifting, and transporting patients and equipment
