    We have partnered with a large market rate property in Randolph who is looking to grow their Maintenance Team.

    The schedule is 8AM-5PM M-F and will pay in the $20-24/hour range

    Techs are mainly responsible for Apartment Turnovers and Maintenance orders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
    • Estimate time and extent of repairs
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance
    • Maintain material and supply inventory
    • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
    • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
