- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
- Assist with procedures and minor surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documenting patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- RN License (GA or Compact)
- BLS (AHA)
- Experience with direct patient care
- Day shift (8a-5p)
- Primarily phone triage
