- Conduct planning and coordination of scheduling activities involving systems, projects, or sub-projects
- Utilize knowledge of scheduling tools to analyze interdependencies between related projects and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Develop work breakdown structures to define project scope, deliverables, and tasks
- Document analysis results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders
- Support business and administrative activities, including budgeting, manpower and resource planning, and financial reporting
- Evaluate existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to administrative problems or contractual issues
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve administrative processes and procedures
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform activity and data modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows
- Develop business methods, identify best practices, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Experience in project management or program support
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools

LAC Federal is seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Analyst to join our team.
