    As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in leading this team, developing and engaging direct reports, ensuring best practices are managed, attracting and identifying skilled healthcare professionals and elevating attractiveness issues with suggestions for solutions.

    Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers at Cooley Dickinson Hospital & VNA, Wentworth Douglass Hospital and Martha's Vineyard Hospital, the TA Manager will be responsible for collaborating with both the local and Mass General Brigham team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that will meet the business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

    Partner with business executives, leaders, and all areas of HR to understand business needs, grow talent pipelines, and source for key positions within the company with a commitment to supporting the DE&I strategy.

    Ensure the TA Team is assigned appropriately to support customer/specialty areas across the organization, managing high volume and efficiency. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

    Work with the local and central TA/Sourcing team, local marketing, and vendors to explore creative and fiscally appropriate sourcing options, including, but not limited to social media, career fairs, pipeline/workforce development, university relations, and take the lead in coordinating TA events.

    Oversee, monitor, and communicate talent acquisition analytics regularly including time to fill, vacancy aging, hiring source data, declined offers, etc.

    Maintain awareness and identify issues impacting recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Serve as a representative and TA subject matter expert on projects and councils.
    Ensure affiliate TA processes align with industry best practices and TA COE.

    Works efficiently with cross-functionally matrixed teams to meet overall recruiting goals and stays current on healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies.

    Monitors candidate experience and develop process improvements to improve outcomes.
    Ensures staffing decisions and practices are compliant with hospital policies, standards, and the collective bargaining agreement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and 8+ yrs. Experience in HR, TA, Marketing, or Operations

    Management Experience:
    Managing direct reports with performance management accountability preferred
    Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
    In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
    Familiarity with healthcare licensure requirements, credentialing processes, and compliance standards.
    Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals at all levels.
    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and timelines.
    Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
