- Create high-fidelity 2D and 3D designs, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Develop interactive animations and motion graphics to enhance user engagement and delight.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct/facilitate user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve product designs.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across various digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and in-vehicle interfaces.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization. Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and process.

- Any form of prototyping abilities
- Strong foundation in design thinking approach
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Digital Arts, HCI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Must be able to demonstrate Prototyping abilities (Figma, Protopie, etc.)
- Proficiency in 3D tools and animation such as C4D, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Ideal : experience with Kanzi, Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including 2D and 3D work, animation, and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience designing complex products and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Plus if familiarity working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Passion for automotive technology and a keen interest in shaping the future of mobility.

As a Mid-Level Digital Product Designer at Client Truck North America, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptional digital products that seamlessly integrate into our transportation solutions. This include a hybrid of UX and UI work as you ll be working in the HMI (Human Machine Interface) Design team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs, business requirements, and technological capabilities into engaging and intuitive user experiences.
