    Job Type: Outpatient Pharmacist (Candidates with Inpatient APPE's will be considered)

    Join our dynamic healthcare team at Soliant HealthWere seeking a dedicated and experienced outpatient pharmacist for a 5 + Month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant community and make a real difference in patient care

    Pharmacist Duties:
    -Candidate will work both inpatient and outpatient (share the same pharmacy space)
    -Outpatient fills rx/day
    -They bi-weekly cart fillmeds for area SNFs
    -Inpatient census:4-6 beds
    -Candidate MUST have NY License & NY immunization privilege (required)
    -Client will consider outpatient/retail pharmacist but they must have some RECENT EXPERIENCE working in an inpatient setting where they can complete pharmacist order entry and checking/verifying of IVs.
