    Responsibilities

    This location is looking for support for scheduled procedures with no call responsibilities. The OR is currently open Monday - Thursday approximately 6:30 am - 3:30 pm. The cases are low risk for a group of general surgeons. Most of the cases are endoscopy, general laparoscopy, bumps/lumps removals. This position requires the
    CRNA to work independently with no other onsite anesthesia.

    Requirements


    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    Required:
    Certified BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.


    Nurse Anesthetist credentialed from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


    One or more of the following required:
    Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.


    Education:
    Master's or Doctorate of Nursing Anesthesia Practice or Nursing Practice required
