    Desktop Support / Help Desk Analyst

    Manhattan, Kansas

    CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician / Hardware Support In this role, you will support a multilocation organization with day to day technology needs and troubleshooting.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Technical Issues
    • Inventory Management
    • Set-Up and Configuration
    • Documentation and Repairing
    • and Customer Service

    Required expertise includes:

    • years of experience Desktop / Hardware computing experience
    • on troubleshooting and configuration of PCs (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices
    • to communicate effectively and professionally
    • to grow and learn in a corporate environment

    About the role:

    • Location: Onsite in Manhattan, Kansas
    • Type of opportunity: CDW W2 position, 6 month contract
