    Description

    POSITION: Customer Success Analyst

    LOCATION: Dunwoody, GA (In Office)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction

    Initiate and conduct outbound calls to customers, engaging them in conversations

    Demonstrate a strong executive presence when interacting with clients, conveying confidence and credibility in all communications

    Understand and empathize with clients' needs and concerns, effectively addressing them to ensure a positive customer experience

    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts, effectively articulating the value proposition of additional services

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative selling, account management or other customer success/nurture engagement work with a track record of building deep relationships

    Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Bachelor's Degree
