    WHAT YOU WILL DO:


    This senior role is ideal for a UI developer with a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a proven track record in leading UI projects from conception to completion.

    At BlueHalo, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects, enhance your skills, and contribute to mission-critical outcomes.

    Develop high-quality, interactive UIs using HTML5 and JavaScript frameworks, primarily , ensuring adherence to modern web standards and 508-Compliance.
    Collaborate with the development team to transform design mock-ups into functional, dynamic web applications.
    Maintain and enhance application functionality by implementing new features and optimizing existing codebases using workflows.
    Integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services to ensure seamless data exchange and application performance.
    Utilize modern front-end build pipelines and tools for efficient development processes.
    Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve software issues.
    Customize user interfaces to meet specific mission or site requirements, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
    Prepare and edit technical documentation to support software development and deployment.
    Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.


    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING:


    14+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on UI development and design in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, or an additional four years of relevant software engineering experience.

    Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a strong understanding of and its ecosystem.
    Experience with version control systems, notably Git.
    Good understanding of UI design principles and best practices in creating effective user interfaces.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical details clearly.
    Proven ability to troubleshoot and test UI components, ensuring robustness and reliability.
