- Visit jobsites and monitor project progress
- Provide estimates of job cost and set payment schedules
- Set project timeline and ensure milestones are met
- Supervise safety procedures in field
- Attend and participate in meetings, updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Review plans and quantify amounts of materials required
- Determine/track change order conditions & submit to owner for approval
- Work closely with Principal and structural engineer
- Closeout project when complete
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Software and MS Office Suite required
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Previous experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
