The successful candidate will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients with therapeutic exercises, and provide support throughout the rehabilitation process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping others regain their mobility and independence.Monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions, making note of any changes or improvements in mobility, strength, or function.
# Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
# Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to patient care and documentation.
# Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
# Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
