- Assist human resources with various administrative tasks
- Process disability claims and workers compensation claims
- Respond and process any unemployment inquires
- Assist payroll manager as needed, enter new hire information working within Paychex system
- Process employment verifications
- Manage reporting process (i.e.: PTO requests)
- Assist accounting with various administrative tasks
- Assist C-Level executives with calendar management
- Assist C-level executives with administrative projects
- Assist with tracking/reporting via Excel
- 3 years prior administrative experience
- Prior human resources or payroll experience highly preferred
- Strong administrative skills with ability to support multiple projects
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite including Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint a plus.
- Experience working in a smaller office environment preferred
- Must be comfortable and flexible to wear many hats, juggling multiple responsibilities
