, youll partner with the CEO to consult on key decisions, lead strategic workstreams, and be a key confidant across a variety of projects.
Youll be a critical partner to the leadership team organizing staff meetings, calibrating the overall operating rhythm of the business, and driving initiatives out of the office of the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, employees, and clients.
Provide strategic support to the CEO by preparing materials and advising on key decisions and initiatives.Assist with administrative items as necessary to ensure meetings are productive and action items are delegated and tracked to completion
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the CEO on progress toward achieving company goals.
Provide analytical support by creating reports & presentations for the various projects
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
4 years experience in management consulting, financial services, investment banking, or other highly strategic, analytical positions
Strong executive communication skills and tangible experience synthesizing complex details into accessible and precise deliverables for C-level leaders
Proven project management experience - you can think across multiple dimensions of a business and work cross-functionally to deliver results
Proficient in Google Suite, Excel & Powerpoint (CRM knowledge is a plus)
Must be based in the Greater Chicago area and willing to come onsite to our downtown Chicago office
