    About the Opportunity

    The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for assembly/test processes and component evaluations and maintaining manufacturing documentation for company products in conformance with established goals, objectives, and regulatory guidelines.

    Primary Duties
    Acts as liaison with R&D in releasing new products, conducts DFx (x = Manufacturability, Testability, Serviceability, Value analysis).
    Defines, develops, and documents assembly and test procedures.
    Create an efficient "mid-volume" manufacturing assembly line, specifying and/or refining BOMs, workflow processes and detailed work instructions.
    Provide product training and support to production and field personnel.
    Reviews, controls, and maintains product documents, including specifications, drawings, and BOM for company products
    Manages and controls the implementation of supplier corrective actions to eliminate material non-conformances.
    Provides technical support analyzing and/or performing failure analysis for discrepant production components, assemblies, and field returns.
    Support installation and startup of systems at customer sites, including some travel opportunities.


    Primary Requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related degree


    Experience/Skills/Abilities:
    0-3 years manufacturing engineering (or equivalent) experience
    Demonstrated ability for design process improvement
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results on time
