Description
SpeedPro Omaha is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a key client's signage projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the client, out-of-state installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of all projects. Additionally, you will assist in the general administrative tasks of the project management department.
Responsibilities:
Price signage projects for a key client based on their needs and requirements
Source out-of-state installers for signage projects as needed
Coordinate manufacturing with installers and the client to ensure timely delivery and installation of signage
Assist in the project management function through construction plan reviews
Perform data entry into subsystems to track project progress and status updates
Organize signs in preparation for installation
Communicate regularly with the client, installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project management
Support submittal/shop drawings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in account management or project management is a plus
Experience in the signage industry is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
