    Position Summary:


    This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the reliable performance, integrity, smooth operation, maintenance, and security of AerSale's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Pentagon 2000SQL.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    System Management:
    Oversee the administration of the ERP system, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    Issue Resolution:
    Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related hardware, software, user access, or other system issues.

    Integration:
    Integrate ERP systems and applications with software solutions to streamline business processes and data flow.

    Module Implementation:
    Plan, test, implement, and deploy new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches based on business needs.

    Process Development:
    Develop departmental processes, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices in ERP data administration.

    Support Coordination:
    Monitor and review support requests, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues or bugs.

    Customization and Modification:
    Tailor ERP system modules based on user requirements and business processes to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

    Upgrades and Security:
    Managing system upgrades and patches to keep the software up to date-and secure. Enforcing data integrity and security policies within the ERPS system to protect sensitive information and comply with regulations.

    User Training and Support:
    Create user manuals and conduct training sessions to empower end-users in effective ERP system usage.

    Performance Monitoring and Audits:
    Regularly assess system metrics and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.

    Vendor coordinator:
    Collaborating with ERP vendors for technical support, system enhancements, and integration with other business applications.

    Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    • B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is highly recommended.
    • Medium-advanced knowledge of the Pentagon 2000SQL system is required.
    • Knowledge of the Citrix system is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a complex organizational environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting ERP issues.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems, their architecture, and integration.
    • Ability to plan and implement ERP upgrades and patches.
    • Familiarity with data administration best practices.
    • Coordination skills for managing support requests and resources.
    • Fluent in Microsoft T-SQL or similar query language.
    • Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
    • Robust observation, planning, and analytical skills.
    • Self-starter, capable of delivering assigned projects with minimal supervision.
    • Must be highly motivated.
    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with the work product.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Requires prolonged periods of sitting at the desk.
    • Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, and fingers while typing.
    • May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
