    Schedule
    12-hour night shifts, with weekends required. Bi-weekly orientations are held on Monday.

    Job Description

    This position involves performing nursing duties in an orthopedic surgical medical/surgical setting, with responsibilities including patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams.

    Travelers may be asked to float to similar units as needed.

    Responsibilities

    Provide patient care in orthopedic surgical settings.

    Float to like units as needed.

    Work weekends as required.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    A minimum of 2 years of orthopedic nursing experience.

    Experience in a large teaching or trauma center is required.

    BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications are mandatory; NIHSS certification required before start.

    EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
