    Position Overview:


    As a Sr Project Manager you will play a key role in providing world class support to our customers and clients by managing business and technology programs/projects and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner.

    No challenge will be too big, and no issue will go unsolved You are responsible for tracking the status of all programs/projects within the assigned business by working with different stakeholders, managing the expectations of customers, providing status reports to management, documenting all issues and risks and driving them to closure.

    You will create and manage project plans, communicate schedules with different stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of all projects and tickets.

    You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a team that is geographically distributed. You will adhere to software development methodologies accepted by the organization.

    The candidate should have excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities and always be looking to improve the process and bring in efficiencies.

    Performs other duties as required.


    Essential Responsibilities:
    Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
    Direct and lead day-to-day communications, risk escalations, and project communications
    Provide on-demand and scheduled project updates
    Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
    Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
    Support in developing project strategies and discovery
    Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
    Ensure project deadlines are met.
    Provide administrative support as needed.
    Undertake project tasks as required.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
    Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in a highly collaborative IT environment required.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
    Must be proficient in estimating and sizing development efforts required.
    Experienced with Office products like Excel, PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards required.
    Experience in IT release planning and coordination of release activities required.
    Experienced with tools like SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira preferred.
    Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills required.
    Strong software development lifecycle familiarity (SDLC).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
    Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning, task assignments, and learning new technologies required.
    Agile Scrum Software Development practices and tools, preferred.
