    Aspirus Health is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team This position is on-site in Wausau, WI.

    The Executive Recruiter will lead recruiting for exempt level roles within our leadership team and be accountable for driving a diverse and high-quality slate of candidates for selection.

    The successful candidate will have a collective expertise in sourcing, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, and building exceptional hiring manager and human resource partner relationships.

    The ExecutiveRecruiter willwork to continually develop and improve the overall candidate experience along with ensuring we are bringing in the right talent to fulfill our organizational mission.


    Hours:
    Full Time or 80 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift, Monday - Friday, may require some occasional evenings
    Experience/Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.

    8+ years of combined corporate and search firm recruiting experience with a focus on senior leader and/or executive level candidate generation, including diverse candidate slates for selection.

    Demonstrated competency with recruitment technologies.
    Familiarity and competence with recruitment technologies and systems.

    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and navigate compressed timelines, to ensure candidates are identified and presented within the timelines aligned to business needs.

    Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
    Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers. Effective at presenting and excellent relationship building skills.
    Executive presence with outstanding communication skills is required.

    is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

    It is a licensed private/not-for-profit facility with 325 beds and staffed by 350 physicians in 35 specialties.

    Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a Level II trauma center that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care services as a regional referral center.
